Teamwork

One day while I was in the website www.GodTube.com my attention was caught in this video titled "teamwork". As I watch it I came to realize that it is true in life about how important it is to have a sense of teamwork whenever you are within a group.

I have seen my mom, Rebecca, practice it so many times in her career as a nurse. She was a Charge Nurse in one of the nursing departments at Manila Adventist Medical Center for a number of years and for those years, she has shown to her staff how important teamwork was. She never lets an argument between two of her staff go further but made sure that all is settled before the day is through. She emphasizes support for whoever assumes leadership in the hospital when
everyone has their own negative opinions. She always shows a cheerful disposition to the other nurses and sends it like a ripple to her nursing unit. And what was her reason?

Her reason was "teamwork" shows how harmony in the workplace provides beautiful results.
